This charming 1949 menu cover featuring a dapper sea-horse in a top hat holding a glass of champagne with its tail comes from the Elbow Beach Surf Club in Bermuda. No wonder sea-horses liked the bubbly – in that era the most expensive bottle of champagne cost only Bermudan twelve dollars.
