In 1950 one could pay homage to Canada's native population with imagery that certainly would not be PC today. The sharp profile and intense color of this die-cut drink list is absolutely striking and memorable. The Indian Room bar and lounge was a part of the Chic-N-Coop Restaurant where "Chicken Is King", but we would rather have a drink at the bar.
