The Mission Creamery was an ice cream parlor and café in San Francisco during the 1950s. Traditional ice cream parlors and soda fountains were hugely popular across America during this era when drinking syrup-based sodas or eating ice-cream was a treat for both children and adults.
The menu cover shows the famous Elsie The Cow, the mascot of Borden ice cream, which supplied The Mission Creamery and which remains a popular brand today.
