This single page menu is from RMS Saxonia, a Cunard passenger ship which operated on North Atlantic and Mediterranean routes. It is delicately drawn and the food offerings in 1907 for second class passengers are in marked contrast to the fragile ink illustrations – hodge podge, curried mutton and jam tartlets. After that, passengers must have needed a brisk walk around the deck.
