This menu comes from a lunch hosted by King Edward VII for the Italian King Vittorio Emanuele III and Elena of Savoy during an official visit to Great Britain. The menu features high-quality preparations, including two Italian dishes and a Consommé Victor Emmanuel III in honor of their special guest.
